How many locations can Stockful track?
Depending on your plan: 1 location on Starter, up to 5 on Growth, and up to 10 on Pro. Each location gets independent snapshots, analytics, and reports. You can also add extra locations at $5/location/month.
How do transfer suggestions work?
Stockful analyses inventory levels, velocity, and days of supply across your locations. When one location has excess stock that another location needs, Stockful recommends a specific transfer - telling you which variants to move, how many units, and between which locations.
Can I compare all my locations side by side?
Yes. The Location Comparison report shows stock levels, sell-through rates, velocity, and days of supply for every tracked location in a single view. You can spot imbalances instantly and drill into specific variants.
Do alerts work per-location?
Yes. Every alert rule can be scoped to specific locations. You can set different thresholds for your warehouse vs your retail stores, and get notified about specific locations without being overwhelmed by noise from others.
Does Stockful track each location independently?
Yes. Stockful captures inventory levels, sales data, and analytics for each variant at each location independently. This means you get per-location sell-through rates, velocity, days of supply, and health scores - not just aggregated totals.
What if I only have one location?
Stockful works great with a single location too. The Starter plan includes 1 location with the full report library, scheduled delivery, Slack alerts, and full inventory tracking. Growth supports up to 5 locations and Pro up to 10.
How does Stockful keep stock in sync at my locations?
Stockful writes stock movements to Shopify, but only the ones you perform. Act on a transfer recommendation and Stockful creates the inventory transfer in Shopify for you. Receive a purchase order in Stockful and the stock lands at the destination location in Shopify, so there is nothing to re-key. Stock adjustments and counts are written with a Shopify reason code and appear in its inventory history. Nothing moves on its own.
How does the health score work per location?
Each location gets its own composite health score combining out-of-stock rate, dead stock percentage, and sell-through. This lets you see at a glance which locations are healthy and which need attention - without reading through individual reports.
