No add-on. Every Stockful plan ($19.99 Starter / $39.99 Growth / $79.99 Pro per month) includes the full AI feature set - assistant, health check, explain, anomaly detection, smart setup wizard. What scales with the plan is the per-billing-cycle usage allowance: 100 merchant-initiated AI interactions on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,000 on Pro. The allowance resets each Shopify billing cycle.

Anything about your inventory. It surfaces 25 specific findings with critical, warning, or info severity - each with a one-click fix link to the exact setting that needs attention.

Tooltips define what a metric is. Explain tells you why this metric is this value in your shop. It uses your actual data - the sales, velocity, lead times, and stockouts behind the number - to give you a plain-English explanation specific to the SKU and location you're looking at.

No. There's a master AI toggle in settings. With it off, the assistant, health check, explain, and anomalies are all disabled. The opt-in subscriptions for weekly summaries and anomaly Slack alerts are off by default even when AI is on.

No. When you use an AI feature, relevant shop context is sent to our model provider for inference only. It is not used for model training. No data leaves your shop until you actually invoke an AI feature. See our privacy policy for full detail.

No. Anomaly Slack alerts are opt-in and you choose the day and time they fire in your local timezone. Anomalies appear on your /anomalies page whether or not you've subscribed to alerts - so you can review them at your own pace.

Nothing on top. The full AI feature set is included on every plan. Hit 80% of your allowance and Stockful surfaces an upgrade nudge; hit 100% and AI chat pauses until the next cycle while everything else in Stockful keeps working.

If you reach 80% of your plan's allowance, Stockful shows an in-app banner suggesting you upgrade. If you reach 100%, AI chat and on-demand Explain pause until your next Shopify billing cycle starts. Everything else in Stockful - daily snapshots, reports, alerts, Flow triggers, forecasting, anomaly detection display - keeps working. Background AI work (the weekly digest, anomaly hypotheses, smart setup) is on us and continues regardless.
