What counts as a tracked SKU?
Each variant you actively monitor counts as one SKU. If you go over your plan's allowance it's $5 per 500 additional SKUs, totalled as a snapshot at the end of your billing cycle.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access for 14 days. Stockful starts capturing daily history from day one, so you can evaluate it on your real data before you pay.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes. Move up or down a tier or cancel anytime from the Shopify admin. Billing runs through Shopify, so it appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
What happens if I add another location?
Each location beyond your plan's included count is $5 per month. Like SKU overage, it's charged as an end-of-cycle snapshot so there are no surprises mid-month.
